Return Instructions

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date by following these steps:

  1. Package the items securely in their original packaging, if possible. All items must be returned in good condition. Remove any extra labels from the outside of the package.
  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and your billing name and address.
  3. Ship the package to: DAJESA Returns, 100 Adams Boulevard, Farmingdale, NY 11735
  4. Use a traceable and prepaid shipping method (e.g., UPS or insured USPS).
    • We do not accept COD deliveries.
    • Shipping & handling, gift box costs, and other fees are non-refundable.
  5. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.
