If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date by following these steps:
- Package the items securely in their original packaging, if possible. All items must be returned in good condition. Remove any extra labels from the outside of the package.
- Include your order number, reason for return, and your billing name and address.

- Use a traceable and prepaid shipping method (e.g., UPS or insured USPS).
- We do not accept COD deliveries.
- Shipping & handling, gift box costs, and other fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.
